We collect as little about you as we can. Vridhhi is built to read market prices, not to profile people. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and how to reach us about it.

1. Who is responsible

Vridhhi, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: support@vridhhi.com.

2. What we collect

  • Early-access sign-ups: your email address, the markets you said you trade, and when you signed up. Used only to tell you when access opens and to shape the product.
  • Sign-in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary for the service to work and contains no personal profile.
  • Preferences on your device: settings such as whether alerts are switched on are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us.
  • Technical logs: like any website, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • If you contact us: your message and contact details, to reply to you.

If we later offer paid plans or personal alerts by phone or messaging app, we will collect what those need — for example billing details through a payment provider, or the number you ask us to alert — and will update this policy before doing so.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or show third-party ads.
  • We do not ask for, store or have access to your accounts on any betting or trading platform.
  • We do not send your personal information to the platforms whose prices we display.

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to provide and secure the service, to respond to you, to send the early-access email you asked for, and to meet legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for sign-ups), on providing the service you requested, and on our legitimate interest in keeping Vridhhi secure and working.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Vridhhi — for hosting and for data storage — who process information only on our instructions. These providers may store data outside the United Arab Emirates; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Sign-up details are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for early access. Session cookies expire after 30 days. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to support@vridhhi.com. Depending on where you live — for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or data protection laws in the UK, EU or India — you may have further rights, which we will honour as those laws require.

8. Security

Connections to Vridhhi are encrypted. Secrets such as API keys are kept on our servers and never sent to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

9. Children

Vridhhi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
