Risk Disclosure
Last updated 21 October 2026
“Arbitrage” sounds risk-free. In practice it is not. Please read this before acting on anything Vridhhi shows. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Every figure is a potential, not a promise
Vridhhi calculates what a trade would return if every leg filled at the price shown, in the size you want, and both platforms settled the event the same way. Any one of those can fail.
Prices move
Gaps often last minutes or less. By the time you place the first leg, the second price may have moved. If one leg fills and the other does not, you hold an ordinary one-sided bet with full exposure to the result.
Limit orders may never fill
A “limit-order opportunity” relies on your order on Polymarket being filled at your price. It may fill late, partly, or not at all, and the bookmaker price can change while you wait. Place the second leg only after the first has filled, and check its price again first.
The “same” event can settle differently
Two platforms can describe an event in similar words and settle it differently — for example on a rain-affected or abandoned match, a retirement in tennis, overtime, or a question about whether someone “announces” versus “runs”. Bookmakers may void a bet that a prediction market settles. Always read both platforms’ rules.
Fees, commission and currency
Platform fees, exchange commission, deposit and withdrawal charges, currency conversion and taxes all reduce returns. Vridhhi includes the fees it knows about, but your own costs may differ.
Account limits and restrictions
Bookmakers may limit stakes, restrict or close accounts that regularly profit from price differences, or cancel bets they consider mispriced. Platforms may be unavailable in your country.
Money tied up
Your stake is locked until both events settle — sometimes for months or years on prediction markets. Money locked in one place cannot be used elsewhere, and long waits carry their own risks, including platform risk.
Data can be wrong
Prices come from third parties and can be delayed or incorrect, and automated matching can make mistakes. Vridhhi shows its checks so you can verify them — please do.
Legal and regulatory risk
Betting and prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some countries, and rules change. You are responsible for complying with the law where you live. See our Terms of Service.
If gambling stops being fun
If trading or betting is causing you stress or financial difficulty, stop and seek support from a local problem-gambling service or a professional you trust.
