Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vridhhi (“Vridhhi”, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service product operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at support@vridhhi.com.

2. What Vridhhi is — and is not

Vridhhi is an information and analytics tool. It reads publicly available prices from prediction markets and sportsbooks, compares them, and shows where prices on different platforms differ.

Vridhhi is not, and does not act as:

• a bookmaker, betting exchange, prediction market, casino or gaming operator;
• a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser or tipster;
• a payment service, wallet or custodian.

Vridhhi never places a bet, order or trade, never connects to your accounts on any other platform, and never accepts, holds or transfers your money for wagering or trading. Every decision to trade, and every trade, is made by you, on a third-party platform, under that platform’s own terms.

3. Eligibility and your local laws

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Vridhhi.

The laws on betting, prediction markets and related services differ from country to country and change over time. Some countries restrict or prohibit them, and some restrict access to particular platforms. Vridhhi does not give legal advice and cannot confirm what is permitted where you are. You are responsible for making sure that your use of Vridhhi, and any activity you undertake on any other platform, is lawful where you live and complies with that platform’s terms. Please do not use Vridhhi where doing so would be unlawful. We may restrict access from any location at our discretion.

4. Information only — no advice

Everything Vridhhi shows — prices, gaps, “potential arbitrage”, “limit-order opportunities”, returns and calculators — is general information produced automatically from third-party data. It is not a recommendation, solicitation or advice to place any bet or trade, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Consider seeking independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

5. Accuracy of data

Prices come from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Markets move constantly; a gap shown on Vridhhi may have closed before you see it. Matching the same event across platforms involves judgement, and two platforms can settle what looks like the same event differently. We work hard to be accurate and to show our reasoning, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or error-free. Always check prices and settlement rules on each platform yourself before acting. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

6. Third-party platforms

Vridhhi is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kalshi, Polymarket, Limitless, Opinion, Predict.fun, The Odds API or any sportsbook or exchange. Their names are used only to identify where data comes from. Your relationship with any such platform — including account limits, restrictions, commissions, fees and settlement decisions — is solely between you and that platform.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Access to parts of Vridhhi requires sign-in. You agree to:

• keep your sign-in details confidential and not share access with others;
• not copy, resell, redistribute or publicly republish Vridhhi’s data or output;
• not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security;
• not use Vridhhi for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or puts the service at risk.

8. Subscriptions and fees

Some features may be offered on paid plans. Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes will be shown before you pay. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

9. Intellectual property

Vridhhi’s software, design, text and analysis belong to Vridhhi or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own purposes in line with these terms.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

Vridhhi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vridhhi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service — including trading or betting losses, missed opportunities, price movements, unfilled or partly filled orders, voided or differently settled bets, account restrictions on other platforms, data errors or delays, or service interruptions. Any decision to trade is yours alone.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you paid Vridhhi in the three months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Vridhhi for reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.

12. Changes to the service and these terms

We are constantly improving Vridhhi and may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Vridhhi after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
